Минимальные и максимальные ставки дивидендов устанавливаются с помощью “ошейника” (collar). Конвертируемые привилегированные акции с плавающей процентной ставкой (convertible adjusted-rate preferred stock) могут по истечении указанного срока быть конвертированы в обыкновенные акции по фиксированной цене.
